The full interior remodel of a Park Avenue apartment within a 1950s building for a CEO leans into a traditional sensibility and luxury Italian architectural concept to provide a welcoming space for entertaining. A simple black and white scheme creates contrast, delineating the different functions of the 800 sf space.

Using a gray matte lacquer, the wall system highlights the integrated television on one side and on the other, a sophisticated linear kitchen with ample storage and a curio liquor shelf. A custom bookcase at the entry acts as a partition from the rest of the space to create a sense of arrival where guests are greeted by a magnificent drop square chandelier.
