The first African American to earn dual master’s degrees in Architecture and Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design, he founded his interdisciplinary studio in 2020 to create spaces where communities feel seen and sovereign.

Alicia Dolabaille is a Project Director at Drummond Projects with over twelve years of experience leading complex architectural projects from concept to construction. With over nine years in New York City’s design-build industry, she specializes in streamlining workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating creative goals into actionable processes.
Brittany oversees project infrastructure, resource management, and process development, supporting teams to deliver work with clarity, consistency, and high standards. Her multidisciplinary background in fabrication, store design, and event production informs a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Christopher Sledge
Christopher Sledge is the Creative Director at Drummond Projects, where he operates at the intersection of thoughtful design and strategic action. He is dedicated to translating high-level design intent into tangible environments, driven by the conviction that creative success is defined by clarity, precision, and enduring relationships rather than visual results alone.
In his role, Christopher steers design direction and project management for key architectural initiatives.He bridges the gap between abstract concepts and execution, integrating strategic planning with technical coordination to ensure every project honors craft, context, and cultural narrative. By merging business acumen with creative leadership, he creates actionable roadmaps that deliver elevated service and refined problem-solving. Christopher attended Howard University where he studied Business Administration.
Ed Corr
Ed Corr is a Project Director at Drummond Projects with over 40 years of experience in architecture and design. He specializes in guiding projects from concept through construction, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, and media/studio spaces. His expertise includes project / team coordination, planning and programming, design development, and technical detailing, ensuring that each project meets the client’s goals and design intent. He is skilled in leading collaborative teams, communicating with Clients, Project Managers, and design professionals to leverage the team’s talents and tools to streamline workflows. He supports all phases of the design process with management and design skills with clients and consultants throughout. Ed holds a Master of Architecture from Va Tech and is a licensed architect in the District of Columbia.
Justin Graham
Justin Graham is a Project Director at Drummond Projects with over 12 years of experience in architecture and design. Justin specializes in guiding projects from concept through construction, with a focus on residential, commercial, and civic spaces. Justin’s projects have involved K-12 education, university-level work, healthcare design, hospitality design and affordable housing. He is drawn to projects that challenge conventional thinking and explore new possibilities for how spaces can be used and experienced. Community advocacy and support are key to Justin’s work. His expertise includes project coordination, design development, and technical detailing, ensuring that each project meets both aesthetic and functional goals. Justin is skilled in leading collaborative teams, integrating sustainable design strategies, and leveraging advanced design software to streamline workflows. Justin holds a Master of Architecture degree from Morgan State University.
Johnathan Campbell
As Technical Director, Jonathan oversees technical quality review and management and the development of maintenance of firm-wide technical standards.
Jonathan is a Registered Architect in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia with over 15 years of practice in commercial, government, higher education, institutional and healthcare design.
Johnathan has served as Technical Director on Hillsdale B3 and B4, Barry Farm 1A, Congress Heights, and Barry Farms Rental Flats.
Johnathan will serve as Technical Director for this project.
Ruth Wondimu
Ruth Hailu Wondimu is an Architectural Designer at Drummond Projects with over three years of architecture and design experience. She specializes in the design, documentation, and coordination of projects ranging from small-scale hospitality spaces to large-scale, 250-unit multifamily developments. Her expertise encompasses both architecture and interior scopes, ensuring each project meets functional and aesthetic goals. Ruth supports multiple project phases, from initial concept through construction documentation, while remaining dedicated to creating thoughtful, impactful design of service to the public. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Architectural Studies and Geography from Mount Holyoke College. Ruth is a LEED Green Associate, an AIA Associate, and an active member of NOMA while currently pursuing professional licensure.
Matthew Jenkins
Matthew Jenkins is a Project Designer at Drummond Projects with over several years of experience in architectural lighting design and interior architecture. He specializes in supporting projects from early concept through construction, with a focus on integrating thoughtful, performance-driven lighting solutions across healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects.

Urban Planning and Design from the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Today, he leverages his extensive financial expertise to oversee the financial health of Drummond Projects, ensuring our operations remain seamless and positioned for long-term strategic growth.
