Drummond Projects provided Interior Design and Lighting Design services in collaboration with Grimm + Parker as Architect of Record. Building 1 offers 180 affordable housing units with a modern aesthetic and abundant green space within this transit-oriented development to create more housing made possible through the sale of Metro’s vacant land adjacent to Congress Heights Metro Station.. The apartments are appointed with thoughtful finishes, balconies, and large windows that offer stunning views of the Congress Heights neighborhood. Residential amenities consist of a community room, a fitness center, co-working spaces, a new community rooftop terrace, and a large private courtyard for residents to enjoy.
