Market Street

4628 Market Street in the 60th Ward of West Philadelphia is a proposal that aims to bring community and nature together while providing essential housing and workforce office space for The Enterprise Center. With an emphasis on site planning, design, and construction strategy for Market Village, there is equally a focus on affordable, durable, and efficient design solutions to reduce energy consumption and the overall environmental footprint. Additionally, the project seeks to improve resident health, comfort, and well-being; add critical resources to benefit the surrounding community; maintain public open space; and provide facilities that enhance public health and wellness. Our scheme includes a combination of energy efficiency and environmental and community sustainability strategies. One such effort is the pursuit of LEED certification.
